Composition:
1 g of the medicinal product contains:

 Active substance: Sulfaclozinum natricum 300.0 mg

 Excipient: Glucose monohydrate

Indications:

Therapeutic-preventive, therapeutic administration in coccidiosis of chickens caused by the following species: Eimeria tenella, Eimeria necatrix, Eimeria brunetti, Eimeria maxima, Eimeria acervulina and Eimeria mitis, coccidiosis in turkeys caused by the following species: Eimeria meleagrimitis, Eimeria adenoides, Eimeria dispensa and Eimeria gallopavonis and coccidiosis in rabbits caused by Eimeria stiedai.

Another indication includes the poultry diseases caused by Salmonella gallinarium and Pasteurella multocida.
 

Contraindications:

Do not use in layers producing eggs for human consumption.

Dose for each species, method and route of administration:

Coccidiosis of poultry, turkeys, pheasants and rabbits: 1 g of the veterinary medicinal product per 1 litre of drinking water.

In some coccidia (E.tenella, E.necatrix) administer a higher dose: 1.5-2.0 g per 1 litre of drinking water.

 Administration via feed: 2 kg per 1000 kg of feedstuff.

Prevention and therapy of coccidiosis in poultry and rabbits include several application schemes:

A mild form of infection and therapeutic-preventive administration: 1 g of the veterinary medicinal product per 1 litre of drinking water for 3 days, when symptoms occur, repeat the administration.

Therapeutic administration: 1 g of the veterinary medicinal product per 1 litre of drinking water on the first, third, fifth,

seventh and ninth day or 1 g of the veterinary medicinal product per 1 L drinking water for 3 days, after 2-day pause continue with 3-day administration.
Serious infections, infections caused by E. tenella and E. necatrix or combined infections: 1.5-2.0 g per 1 litre of drinking water for 3 days, after 2 to 3-day pause, continue with the administration of 1.5-2.0 g per 1 litre of drinking water for 3 days.
On farms, where coccidiosis in animals occurs very often, 3-day therapeutic-protective administration is applied, at the age of 3-5 weeks.
Pasteurellosis and salmonellosis in poultry and turkeys: 1.0-2.0 g of the veterinary medicinal product per 1 litre of drinking water for 5 – 7 days.

 Administration via feed: 1.0-2.0 kg of the veterinary medicinal product per 1000 kg of feedstuff.

Advice on correct administration:

Dissolve the specified quantity of the veterinary medicinal product in a smaller amount of drinking water and add it into the container with drinking water. In a time of treatment, the medicated water is the only source of water for animals. Prepare the medicated water fresh every day.

Withdrawal period:

Meat of chicken, turkey, rabbit and pheasant: 15 days.

Adverse reactions:

In overdose, haemorrhagic syndrome cannot be excluded.
